Which plants are in this infusion?

Coriander at 25%, dandelion, ginger, peppermint, cinnamon, lemon peel, rosemary at 5%, turmeric at 3% and black pepper. Nine plants and spices, all organically grown, blended in France and offered by Kazidomi in a 100 g pack measured out by the spoon.

What does this blend taste like?

Spicy and fresh at once. The ginger, the cinnamon and the black pepper bring warmth, the peppermint and the lemon peel bring freshness, and the dandelion and coriander leave a light bitterness on the finish. The Kazidomi blend is drunk plain, hot or cooled over ice.

How do I brew it?

One teaspoon per 200 ml of hot water, four to five minutes of brewing. The roots and barks in the Kazidomi blend need longer than tea leaves and water that is properly hot. Strain it afterwards, then drink it hot or leave it to cool for an iced version.

This infusion or a green tea — which one contains caffeine?

Green tea, since it comes from the leaf of the tea plant. This Kazidomi blend gathers only plants, roots, barks and spices, so it carries no caffeine and can be drunk at any hour of the day or in the evening, hot or over ice.

How do I store the pack?

Dry, in its resealed pack or an airtight tin, away from light and damp. The spices in the Kazidomi blend, ginger, cinnamon and turmeric above all, lose their scent in open air. A properly closed container keeps the blend fragrant up to the date carried on the packaging.
