How long do they take to cook?

What does semi-wholegrain mean?

The durum wheat semolina has been only partly stripped of its husk: some of the bran is still there, which white pasta has lost. Kazidomi Vrac coquillettes therefore come out a deep blond colour with a more obvious cereal taste, and without the bitterness of fully wholegrain pasta.

Kazidomi Vrac coquillettes are short and curved: they eat off a spoon, suit children and suit creamy dishes such as a pasta bake. The spirals are bigger and catch chunky sauces and salad dressings. Both come from the same semi-wholegrain semolina and cook in the same eight minutes.

Does a one-kilo bag suit a family?

Yes: a kilo works out at around ten portions of 100 g of dry pasta. Kazidomi Vrac sells by weight, so a smaller quantity is equally possible. Tipping the contents into an airtight jar after opening keeps the coquillettes clear of damp in the cupboard.

How do I cook them other than with butter?
